In-Home Support for Developmental Disabilities

Our Home-Based Services (HBS) program is led by a team of Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals QIDPs who are primarily responsible for the training and supervision of PSWs/DSPs who work directly with the clients who live in their homes within the community. The HBS program is designed to enable participants to remain living in their family homes while receiving services that support them to achieve their personal goals.

Illinois Department on Aging’s Community Care Program helps older adults who might otherwise need nursing home care to remain in their homes by providing in-home and community-based services. 

The Community Care Program aims to help older adults maintain their independence and provide cost-effective alternatives to nursing home placement.

Our Home Services Program is a waiver program administered by the Illinois Department of Human Services designed for people with physical disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.

Our team of caregivers must go through a thorough background check prior to hire and annually.

At A&V Homecare Services, quality care is at the forefront of our commitment to our clients. An in-person home visit is conducted every 180 days.
