Sandata

Our team uses the Sandata app to log in and verify the amount of time spent at a client's home, and the care the client received. This helps with all the client information and keeps us in compliance with the State of Illinois. Agency code 388036.

CareConnect

Our team uses the CareConnect app to help our caregivers receive shift assignemnt that aligns with your schedule, the client preference, and your commute preference.

ADP

 Our team uses ADP to access payroll information, benefits, announcements and other vital HR information from the agency.

HHAeXchange

 Our DD team uses HHAeXchange to collect real-time data and record observations at the point of care.

2. How can I reset my password?

Password can be reset by using the security questions used during account set up. If you are still unable to reset your password, you can contact the office at 708-535-4388 or email us at info@a-vhomecareservices.com


3. What if I'm unable to clock in?

When you are unable to clock in for your assigned shift, please contact the office at 708-535-4388 or email schedule@a-vhomecareservices.com as soon as possible. Please ensure the application notification settings are set to ON, and that you have good reception.


4. What if I have an issue after office hours?

For any urgent matter after office hours, please send a call back request to the after-hours phone line at (708) 682 - 6488.

2. What should I do if I'm having issue with the app?

CareConnect support is readily available to assist with all your technical issue at (855)856-1502 or email CareConnect at help@careconnectmobile.com

2. What if I run into an issue during the registration process?

Our ADP MyLife Advisors are ready and available to assist you. You may reach out to them on: MyLifeAdvisor@adp.com or 855-547-8508 between Monday - Friday, 8am - 11:30PM ET.


Step 1: Download 
Visit the HHAeXchange+ page on the Apple App Store or Google Play to install the app.

iOS Users: Apple iOS App

Android Users: Android App


Step 2: Sign Up and Create a Password 
Once the app is installed, select your language and proceed to the Sign Up page. Enter an email address and password, which should follow the password rules specified, and click Sign Up.


Step 3: Register 
Verify your registration in your email inbox or via push notification, and then log in to the app for the first time. Finish your account setup with a code that is provided by your agency (through email or SMS). You are officially ready to use the mobile app!
